Double Up! Jamie Risovi of New Rockford caught this trophy walleye on Devils Lake, twice! With its scarred dorsal fin, Risovi is quite certain the walleye of nearly 31-inches is the same fish he landed on both Apr. 30 and Oct. 3, 2020 while casting Phantom Softail lures for pike.
