Oberon Oracles: Nov. 30, 2020

The Oberon community is saddened by the death of James (Jimmy) Nelson on Thursday, Nov. 19. He will definitely be missed. Our sympathy to Jimmy’s family.

Dave Kenner visited Todd Buehler on Thursday.

Beau and Brittin Buehler visited Todd and Nadley Friday afternoon.

Hunter Buehler and Maverick spent the weekend with the Ihry family in Valley City.

Lester Roberts had a phone conversation with his sister Jean of Mesa, Ariz., one day this week.

Don Knutson of Phoenix, Ariz., also had a phone visit with Lester this week.

Doris Griffin said the new school in Oberon is making progress. The foundation is finished and now they are waiting for the building to arrive so they can put it together.

Cathy Caulfield and her grandsons, Ryker and Ashton of Jamestown and Carrie Prince were weekend guests at Melodie Madson’s home.

Dave and Linda Madson joined the group for coffee Saturday afternoon. Linda was also a supper guest.

Dutton Eli Grann was born to Ben and Brittany Grann on Saturday, Nov. 21. He weighed 7 pounds and was 20 inches long. His grandparents, John and Donna Grann are anxiously waiting for him to come home on Monday so they can meet him. Congratulations to the Grann family.
