NRABC and Bank Forward sponsor Holiday Lights Driving Tour, decorating contest

Inspired by the World of Hearts campaign (#aworldofhearts) that started on social media this spring, Josh Guler of Bank Forward approached the New Rockford Area Betterment Corporation with an idea.
