Fourteen Rocket archers placed in the top ten in the Lidgerwood virtual archery tournament on Saturday, February 20. A total of 69 archers from New Rockford-Sheyenne school participated in the tournament. Sixth grader Layton Jacobson was one of the 14 archers that placed in the top ten. He received 1st place in the Middle School Boys Division.
High School Boys Division
Koven Walford received 2nd place with a score of 288. Keaton Cudworth received 8th place with a score of 262.
High School Girls Division
Kyria Dockter received 4th place with a score of 278.
Middle School Boys Division
Layton Jacobson received 1st place with a score of 280. Hunter Genre received 3rd place with a score of 277. Bradyn Collier received 4th place with a score of 274. Jackson Brazil received 7th place with a score of 265. Kailar Jacobson and Jacob Louters tied for 10th place, both with a score of 260.
Middle School Girls Division
Tillie Swart received 9th place with a score of 255.
Elementary Boys Division
Sawyer Huso took 3rd place with a score of 250. Koy Zieman received 6th place with a score of 236. Tatyn Heskin placed in 10th with a score of 218.
Elementary Girls Division
Katie Cleveland received 6th place with a score of 222.
In the Overall Boys Rank Koven Walford placed 2nd, Layton Jacobson placed 4th, Hunter Genre placed 6th and Bradyn Collier placed 10th. There were 150 total boys archers in the tournament.
In the Overall Girls Rank Kyria Dockter placed 4th out of 130 girls in the tournament.
