Sheyenne News: March 29, 2021

Last Tuesday, Jan Loe and Patti Clifton spent the day in Grand Forks. They did a lot of browsing and some shopping, and enjoyed noon lunch at Perkins. Before leaving for home, they met Jim and Marjean Woodrow for a visit.

Jeff and Denise Labrensz traveled to Mobridge, S.D., on Friday to spend the weekend with Jeff's mom, Ramona. The countryside all along the way looked just as dry as here.

Friday afternoon, Jan Loe was surprised with a belated birthday party at the Sheyenne Senior Center. It was also a thank you to Jan for all she does at the center. Attendees enjoyed a special meal and birthday cake.

The Sheyenne Fire Department's Pancake and Sausage Breakfast will be held on Palm Sunday, March 28, 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at Ostby Hall. Take out is available - call 701-351-3813.
