State Water Commission reactivates program to provide cost-share assistance for livestock producers

BISMARCK, N.D. – Gov. Doug Burgum and Agriculture Commissioner Doug Goehring announced April 8 that the State Water Commission had reactivated the Drought Disaster Livestock Water Supply Project Assistance Program, as the governor declared a statewide drought disaster for extremely dry conditions across North Dakota.
