Sunday, Martin and Janelle Koepplin, and Todd and Karen Koepplin were among family and friends to take 14th birthday greetings to their granddaughter and niece Kerigan, at the Aaron and Danielle Koepplin home.

Janet Laube enjoyed a phone call from grandson David Youle of Mandan one day, and calls from grandson Travis Laube and sister-in-law Lois Ockert, both of Fargo.

Tuesday, Calvin Packard and mom Shirley did some necessary errands in Carrington. Wednesday, Todd Harrison was a helper at Shirley’s. Wednesday afternoon, Joan Jaeger was a visitor at Shirley’s.

Last Wednesday, Eloise Lucht was part of an annual family gathering of sorts and catch-up gab session at the Rockford Café. Bob and Priscilla Bass of Illinois treated Eloise, Ken and Luann Thompson, Aaron and Kim Weber and daughter Orlan, Peggy Richter of Bismarck, and David and Pat Hilbert to lunch. Bonnie (Bass) Kuhen of Fargo and Judy (Bass) Belquist were unable to be at this gathering due to unforeseen circumstances.

Wednesday, mom Marvis Holte treated daughter Amanda Bickett to tea at the Prairie Inn. Dad Ken Holte enjoyed the 65 and older club at Trinity Lutheran Church.

Todd and Karen Koepplin, Allen Howard and Wilson, Dianne Goebel and friends, Shannon Anderson, Ken and Denise Reis, Brent and Jenna Helseth and family, Lori Keller and grandkids, Jerome Risovi, Tara Hansen, Bill and Diana Ziegler, and Loren Anderson and Landen, to mention a few, were among those who enjoyed the fall ride with the Circle Trail Riders, Inc. over the weekend.

Saturday visitors at the Ken and Marvis Holte home were son Loren and Amber Holte and McKenzie of Bismarck. They were returning from a vacation in South Dakota, where they enjoyed Deadwood, the wind caves, Reptile Gardens and wildlife. They brought a yummy pie to share while looking at the many pictures they had taken on their trip. Amanda Bickett stopped in for a visit and to see the pictures, too.

Martin Koepplin was a helper at the Todd and Karen Koepplin home on Wednesday and Thursday.
