Schaefer unveils plans for Rosefield Dam

The saga of the Rosefield Dam is entering a new chapter.

At the Eddy County Commission Meeting on Oct. 7, Monty Schaefer, who recently won a years-long battle to keep the Rosefield Dam in existence, detailed new renovations to the spillway and plans for an enclosed bridge atop the abutments.
