Leadership training available in New Rockford Thursday

Eddy County NDSU Extension is hosting Lead Local, a one-day training that will help participants:

• Feel better prepared to serve on a board, council or committee

• Recognize the components of an effective meeting

• Learn how to use basic parliamentary procedure

• Understand different personality styles and how they can work together effectively

• Use effective tools when dealing with conflict

Lead Local is perfect for anyone serving on church councils, advisory boards, school boards, etc.

The cost is $75/person and includes lunch, breaks and materials.
