Nadley Buehler spent a few days visiting Elisa and Joe Wentz in Rochester, Minn.
Deb and Joel Hjelseth and Kasper of Chattanooga, Tenn. visited the Buehler family at the Todd and Nadley Buehler farm for two weeks.
Hunter and Grace Buehler stopped in to visit the family last week.
Beau, Bria, Brittin and Brooks Buehler spent time with the family Friday and Saturday at the Todd and Nadley Buehler farm.
Wednesday, Ryan Thorson of Grand Forks paid his grandpa, Lester Roberts, a visit on his way to do some deer hunting. He stopped by again on his way home.
Lester, accompanied by Midge Quam, drove to Bisbee on Saturday to attend the funeral for their friend Rita’s husband, Sidney Boe.
Lezlee Thorson visited Lester on Sunday.
Randy and Charlotte Simon traveled to Houston, Texas for a long weekend. They left on Friday morning and returned on Monday morning. The Simon’s attended the wedding of Katie Linehan and Ryan Bennett. Katie is the daughter of Terri Peterson Linehan.
Charlotte, along with six other ladies from Maddock, baked apple and pumpkin pies Wednesday morning. The pies were served free, along with coffee to the veterans on Thursday.
Elin and Max Thompson of Grand Forks spent Friday, Saturday and Sunday with Grandpa and Grandma Simon while their parents, Carson and Heidi, were away on a trip.
John and Donna Grann and David Bymoen of New Rockford went to Jamestown on Wednesday evening to watch the Jimmies Lady Volleyball team in a play-off game.
Ben, Brittany and Dutton Grann, and Lacey Grann, attended the wedding and dance for Chase Peterson and Shannah Plehal in Minot over the weekend. Ben was an usher.
The last of the Grann cattle were successfully moved home on Sunday with the help of an excellent crew: Raymond and Carty Buckmeier from Brinsmade, Paul Hanson of Sheyenne, Chance Lebrie and Cody Allmaras from New Rockford, and Vern Lee of Devils Lake.
