Jeff and Denise Labrensz left last Wednesday to drive to Fort Collins, Colo., to attend the funeral of Denise's sister. They returned home on Sunday. The weather and roads were good both ways, except for the wind.

Last Wednesday, Patti Clifton and Jan Loe were in Jamestown. Patti had an appointment at the Jamestown Regional Medical Center. While Patti was at her appointment, Jan did some recycling and some shopping at Menard's. After Patti's appointment, they enjoyed lunch and then stopped at Hugo's. On the way home, they stopped at Leever's in Carrington, and then headed home. It rained all the way to Jamestown, and off and on all the way home.
