Oberon Oracles: Dec. 6, 2021

The Oberon community is saddened by the death of Barbara Arndt. She passed away on Nov. 23. She will be missed. Our sympathy to Barb’s family.

Randy and Charlotte Simon took in Jaxon Simon’s basketball game against Minkota in New Rockford on Nov. 22. Wednesday, Randy and Charlotte motored to Oxbow to spend Thanksgiving with Mark, Tessa, Mason and Miles Simon. They also celebrated Tessa and Mason’s birthdays.

Friday, the Simon’s did some Black Friday shopping in Fargo.

Randy and Charlotte traveled to Jamestown to watch Easton Simon play in a 3-on-3 tournament on Sunday.

Dave and Linda Madson accompanied Melodie, Kennedee and McKenzee Madson to the home of Paul and Carrie Prince in Oberon for Thanksgiving. Other guests included Shawn and Cathy Caulfield and Brandon, and Sarah, Paige and Easton Caulfield, all of Jamestown.

Sunday afternoon, Linda and Carrie joined Melodie and Kennedee to watch McKenzee and her team play hockey at the Burdick Arena in Devils Lake.

Dave Kenner visited Todd Buehler last week.

Brittin and Brooks Buehler watched their Papa and Grandma Nadley on Wednesday.

Todd and Nadley celebrated Thanksgiving on Saturday. Joining them for dinner were Beau, Bria, Brittin and Brooks Buehler, Hunter and Grace Buehler, and Michael and Breana Pacheco, Mavis and Waylon.

That evening, Mike and Sherry Boehmer, Cole, Jill and Gavin Boehmer stopped by to visit the family.

Ben, Brittany and Dutton Grann went to Bathgate on Thanksgiving Day to enjoy time with Brittany’s family.
