Corby J. Jacobson, 63, passed away on Dec. 3, 2021, surrounded by his family.

Funeral Services for Corby were held on Friday, Dec. 10, 2021 at the Warwick Lutheran Church with Reverend Stanley D. Kwiecien officiating. Burial was in the Warwick Cemetery.

Corby John Jacobson, son of Robert and Glady (Beckstrand) Jacobson, was born on Jan. 5, 1958. He was raised on the family farm in rural Warwick and attended Warwick Public School, graduating with the class of 1976. He was a lifelong member of the Warwick Lutheran Church. Corby continued his education at North Dakota State University, graduating with a degree in Animal Science. While attending NDSU, he met and married Janet Jones, the mother of his children.

Corby dedicated his life to being a steward of the land and a shepherd to his cows, proudly working alongside his father for nearly 40 years.

Corby coached Warwick High School Varsity boys basketball for several years, and from there his love of sports continued, as he played amateur basketball in the local league for many years.

Corby is survived by his mother Glady Jacobson; his children: Tiffany (Chris) Rood, Levi (Julie) Jacobson, Amber (Kevin) Gustafson; grandchildren Madison and Carson Rood, Lillian and Jada Jacobson; sister Janel (Kent) McKinnon, brother Quentin (Trish) Jacobson; many nieces and nephews and many other loved ones.

He is preceded in death by his father and brothers Ronald Jacobson and Robert Jacobson Jr.
