Visit the Eddy County Museum - online!

This is your official invitation from the Eddy County Museum!

It is time to curl up in your favorite chair or pull up to the nearest public computer— the Eddy County Museum artifacts are now online.

Open to the public and free of charge, the online collection has several hundred museum artifacts on display. Search the entire database with a name, date or location. Browse through the objects or photograph catalogs. Explore the exhibits and learn ways that the past is still relevant today.

This project was made possible through grant funding provided by North Dakota Humanities, and will undergo continued maintenance and updates. After all, there are thousands of more items to be photographed and uploaded to the collection.

Even more, it is likely that many members of the public will find opportunities to offer feedback.

Think something might be mislabeled? Know someone in a photo who isn’t named? Know a backstory that should be shared? Each item in the collections allows you an option to submit feedback directly to the museum. It is an exciting feature that in time will strengthen the histories we share and the stories we tell.
