Michael Arthur Reinke, 67, passed away peacefully on Jan. 11, 2022, at the Aneta Parkview Health Center, Aneta, N.D. He had been a resident there since December 2020.
No services were held. A burial will take place in Bottineau at a later date.
Michael was born on Sept. 28, 1954, at St. Andrew's Hospital in Bottineau, N.D. He was the son of Walter and Mildred (Larson) Reinke. He lived his early life in Upham and then rural Bottineau. He lived and attended school in Bottineau and also Oak Grove Lutheran High School in Fargo. He most recently lived in Cando, N.D.
He worked as a baker during most of his working life, and loved fishing and camping. He had been married, but was divorced.
He is survived by sisters, Bonnie Deegan, Sheyenne, N.D., and Margaret Brink (Will), Bluffton, S.C.; his brother, Douglas (Kathy); and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents; brother Ronald; brother-in-law Duane; and nephew Tony Deegan.
