Wendy Lesmeister, 45, of New Rockford, N.D., passed away on Wednesday, Feb. 2, 2022, at CHI St. Alexius Health, Devils Lake, N.D.
Funeral service was held on Monday, Feb. 7, 2022 at First Lutheran Church, New Rockford. Burial followed at the Prairie Home Cemetery, New Rockford. Rev. Amy Kippen officiated the service with special music by Kerstin Allmaras and Heather Klocke. Pallbearers werre Bill Bachmeier, Jim Ehni, Richard Ryan, Todd Duchscherer, Tim Tollefson, Marlin Weisenburger and Roger Duda. Honorary bearers were 4th Corporation and REM friends.
Wendy Sue Lesmeister was born on Oct. 9, 1976, to Beverly (Jensen) and Lawrence Lesmeister in New Rockford, N.D.
Wendy was a member of the First Lutheran Church of New Rockford, Eagles Auxiliary, American Legion Auxiliary and Red Hats Society.
She is survived by her mother Bev and brother Corey (Kathy) Lesmeister, Sykeston, N.D.
Wendy is preceded in death by her father Larry, infant brother, grandparents and great-grandparents.
