Simon, Reimche to move onto state free throw contest

Five student athletes from New Rockford-Sheyenne participated in the Region 6 Knights of Columbus Free Throw Championship held in Valley City, N.D. on February 27. All participants that shot free throws were from District's that are in Region #6. All age group winners from those District's shot a total of 25 free throws. There were two local winners: 13-year-old Easton Simon and 14-year-old Shaun Reimche.

Congratulations to all five student athletes for participating and good luck to Easton and Shaun at the state contest which will be held in Bismarck on Saturday, March 19.
