New Rockford-Sheyenne music students embarked on a five-day tour of the Minneapolis-St. Paul metro the morning after graduation. They honed their musical skills in a private masterclass at University of Minnesota, led by Shekela Wanyama, a doctoral student in the music department. They also performed at Senior Home Lyngblomsten and at Valley Fair.
The itinerary also included plenty of adventure, with stops at Great Wolf Lodge, Minnehaha Park, Como Park Zoo, St. Paul's Cathedral, Mall of America and Sea Life Aquarium. They even enjoyed a Broadway musical, "Moulin Rouge."
