Carmen Jean Togstad Paulson, 96, of Maddock, N.D. passed away Sunday September 4, 2022 at Heartland Care Center in Devils Lake, N.D. Funeral Services were held at 2:00 p.m. Thursday September 8, 2022 at the Viking Lutheran Church in rural Maddock with Pastor Mike Flowers officiating.
