Football season is officially done for New Rockford-Sheyenne.
The varsity team took a tough loss to North Border during the first round of playoffs on Saturday, Oct. 15. Read more about that in the football article above.
The junior high team completed their season back on Oct. 10, against the North Star Bearcats. The junior high team finished their season undefeated.
Now for the youth teams. The third and fourth grade team tied with Griggs/Midkota, but lost all the other games. The fifth and sixth grade team finished their season 2-2, winning against Harvey/Wells County and Griggs/Midkota, and losing to Rugby and Carrington. The fifth and sixth grade team completed their season on Sunday, Oct. 2 in the Fargo dome, where they defeated Edgeley.
