Guler receives Bank Forward's prestigious Bill Brown award

Bank Forward is pleased to announce that Josh Guler is the recipient of the 2022 Bill Brown Award, Bank Forward's highest honor for outstanding service.

To be nominated, an employee must deliver a high standard of customer service or service support, go above and beyond the call of duty to take care of the customer and build relationships, and/or do something that demonstrates leadership, teamwork or dedication to their community or the Bank Forward organization.

Josh serves as VP/Market President in New Rockford and has been with Bank Forward since 2007. His nominators said, "Josh has come a long way from his days on the teller line, to his move into lending, and now as Market President. Plain and simple, Josh is hard working and has high character. He holds his staff in high regard. He is honest with them about their performance, challenges them to achieve goals, and shows his appreciation for their hard work. He is active in his community and is well established as a trusted advisor with his customer base.
