Scott and Kim Lucht of Rochester, Minn., arrived at mom’s, Eloise Lucht, Wednesday. They all then drove to Devils Lake where they were overnight guests of Jay and Heidi Schneider, Caleb and Callie and all shared in the fixings of Thanksgiving.
Grandson Travis Laube and friend Missy of Fargo were Thanksgiving guests of Janet and YipYip at the Laube home. They drove to Devils Lake where they enjoyed a wonderful buffet diner at Spirit Lake Casino.
Monday, Ken Holte treated his wife Marvis and Holly Zieman to coffee and tea at the Prairie Inn where they had a chance meeting with Ed Brecto and Diana Rue.
Todd Harrison and Calvin Packard managed to push the snow off Shirley Packard’s roof on Saturday.
Son, Jerrod Holte, came Saturday and picked up Candy Jensen. They drove to Carrington, where they visited at the Joni Parks home.
MarJean Pfau brought cheesecake and dressing to Janet Laube on Sunday. Yum.
Calvin Packard did some reading and paperwork for mom, Shirley, one afternoon.
Ken Holte had an eye appointment recently. He is recovering nicely from cataract surgery.
