Precision Ag Day on Thursday, Feb. 23 in Maddock

Precision Ag results (a division of Fessenden Co-op Association) will present its annual Precision Ag Day, taking place at its Maddock facility on Thursday, Feb. 23, 2023 and will feature several very notable presenters.

The day will start with Dr. Frayne Olson, Crop Economist/Marketing Specialist with the NDSU Extension and Director of the Quentin Burdick Center for Cooperatives giving his market outlook for the coming year. Well-known Daryl Ritchison, Director of the North Dakota Agricultural Weather Network (NDAWN), will then share with the attendees his thoughts on short-and-long term weather forecasts, NDAWN usage, weather risk management and climate.

After lunch, Sara Lovas, Sales Agronomist for GK Technology of Hillsboro, N.D., will share her experience and thoughts regarding opportunities for capturing more field data and using it to maximize its value. Brent Horner, Precision Planting Region Manager, will then discuss all things planter related including new products, maintenance and also a new sprayer product.
