Brown receives New Rockford Lions volunteer scholarship

New Rockford Lions Club president Kelly McKnight presents Hallie Brown accompanied by her parents, Sheila and Kent Brown, with the New Rockford Lions Volunteer Scholarship. Brown was chosen for the scholarship due to her numerous volunteer activities in the community, her GPA and extracurricular activities.
