With the cold, snowy weather in the forecast for Halloween, the annual New Rockford Lions Club Trunk or Treat event and the Eddy-New Rockford Library Green Screen event were both moved to the Brown Memorial. The Brown Memorial was filled with kids in all kinds of costumes. At left, Miller's Fresh Foods was one of the many local businesses to set up a "trunk" at the Trunk or Treat event on Tuesday night. Ashlynn Benson, Andrew Presnell and Amy Bachmeier of the Community Ambulance Service of New Rockford decked out their ambulance rig and handed out candy outside of the Brown Memorial.
