New Rockford and area folks express sympathy to the family of Arlo (Bummy) Omoth.

Tim Hartl and Calvin Packard drove to Fargo Saturday for the Bison game. They also stopped in at the Rodney and Marvel Ebenhan home in West Fargo and at the Bill and Lois Schaefer home.

Saturday, Ken and Marvis Holte were among the many who took in the Veterans Day breakfast at the Catholic Church in Carrington. They got to visit with Marvis' high school classmate, Gary Boyer, while there.

Eloise Lucht journeyed to Minot Monday where she had an appointment at the eye clinic. She got satisfactory reports.

Thursday, Shirley Packard was at the Charlotte Koepplin home. Charlotte helped her with her Christmas correspondence. Evening found Shirley and Calvin enjoying supper at the Loco Ketchup Café in New Rockford. Friday evening they drove to Carrington on errands and enjoyed supper at the Prairie Inn.

Ken and Marvis Holte were pleasantly surprised Thursday as daughter-in-law Amber Holte and daughter McKenzie drove over from Bismarck for the day. All enjoyed looking through family photo albums.

Thursday, Candy Jensen enjoyed a phone call from Fargo friend Brenda (Trauman) Thurin and Jazzy dog.

Calvin Packard and mom, Shirley, were among those who enjoyed the fall turkey supper at the First Lutheran Church in New Rockford on Sunday.

Cody and Amanda Bickett and Izzy enjoyed a Sunday walk, which found them visiting at the Ken and Marvis Holte home.

Mary Gehrtz was a Friday helper at the Shirley Packard home.
