Kelsie Belquist was presented with her All Region 2 award by Devils Lake High School Principal Ryan Hanson on Thursday, Feb. 22.
During championship night of the Region 2 Girls' Basketball, NR-S senior Kelsie Belquist was named to the All Region team along with 14 other athletes from the region. Those athletes were Rylee Satrom, Raegen Zerface and Maysa Larson, May-Port-C-G; Alani Morin and Aubree Jeanotte, St. John; Cora Badding, Jalynn Swanson, Jaya Henderson and Meredith Romfo, Langdon Area/Edmore/Munich; Jenna Rosinski, North Prairie; Kennison Azure, Hatton/Northwood; Aubrey Kenner and Kaitlyn Maddock, Benson County; and Jena Fraser, North Border.
Rylee Satrom of May-Port-C-G was named the Region 2 Senior Athlete of the Year and Jacob McCloud of St. John was named the Region 2 Coach of the Year.
