Simon named to District 4 All Tournament Team

During championship night of the District 4 Tournament in Larimore on Wednesday, Feb. 27, the post-season awards were handed out.

New Rockford-Sheyenne sophomore, Easton Simon, was one of the five athletes named to the District 4 All Tournament Team. Also named were Elijah Feather Jr. of Warwick, Jaxon Baumgarn of Nelson County and Marshall Judisch and Ryder Fugleberg of May-Port-C-G.

Jaxon Baumgarn was also named the District 4 Senior Athlete of the Year. Nelson County head coach Tyson Ackerman received the District 4 Coach of the Year award.

Athletic Director of the Year was awarded to Patti Aanenson of Larimore.
