New Rockford and area folks extend sympathy to the family of Fred Jacobson.
Wednesday found Calvin Packard and mom, Shirley, on their way to Carrington, where they took care of some business and enjoyed supper at the Prairie Inn.
Ken and Marvis Holte enjoyed coffee and muffins Thursday at the Rockford Café in New Rockford. Friday, they enjoyed coffee and visiting with Pastor Rick Loewen and Alan Lange at the Chieftain. Saturday, they visited with Raymond and Peggy Johnson, Lester and Val Ellingson and Alan Lange at the Chieftain.
Mary Gehrtz was a Thursday helper at the Shirley Packard home.
Saturday son Loren Holte called from Bismarck checking on dad Ken and mom Marvis Holte. They also enjoyed a phone call with daughter Fayette Nelson of Devils Lake.
Eloise Lucht got good reports after her trip to the Eye Clinic in Minot on Monday.
Candy Jensen was happy to get a phone call from son Derik Holte Sunday from his home in Minneapolis.
Eloise Lucht was a Sunday visitor at neighbors Reinie and Ruth.
