Helen Louise (Hitz) Soroka, 94, passed away on July 12, 2024, at Sanford Hospice in Fargo, N.D. She was born on October 25, 1929 in New Rockford, N.D. to George and Anna Hitz. Helen spent most of her life in Los Angeles, where she worked for the State of California.

She is survived by a sister, Barbara Ann Lies, as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Helen was preceded in death by her husband, Morris Soroka; parents, George and Anna Hitz; and a brother, Louis Hitz.

In accordance with her wishes, Helen has been cremated, and no service will be held.
