On Sunday, Sept. 8, the Eddy County 4-H'ers gathered at the New Rockford Eagles Club for their annual Round Up event.
During the Round Up awards ceremony, several special awards were handed out. Winners were as follows:
• Overall 1st Year Achievement Award: Kenny Helseth
• Overall 2nd Year Achievement Award: Leah Steele
• Overall 3rd Year Achievement Award: Liza Steele
• Achievement 13 & Under Award: Cordell Myhre
• Agronomy Award: Cordell Myhre
• Beef Calf Award: Cade Helseth
• Sewing and Textiles Award: Joie Helseth
• Arts and Crafts Award: Cordell Myhre
• Drawing, Painting, Sculpting and Ceramics; Graphic Arts and Design Award: Liza Steele
• Environmental Education Award: CJ Schmaltz
• Child Development and Child Care; Consumer Education and Money Management; Home Environment Award: Kenny Helseth
• Healthy Living; Mental and Emotional Health; Personal Safety, Physical Health Award: Liza Steele
• Foods and Nutrition Award: Cordell Myhre
• Personal Development and Leadership Award: Leah Steele
• Goat Award: Liza Steele
