New Rockford and area folks extend sympathy to the families of LeLand Jensen and Vivian Rimmereid.

Charlotte Koepplin enjoyed Christmas phone calls from Eileen Williams and Ardy Yates.

Kathleen Lee was a recent visitor at the Margie Anderson home.

Friday evening found an early family Christmas celebration happening at the Todd and Karen Koepplin home. Guests were Taylor and Amanda Koepplin, Evelyn, Tessa and Ewen and Allysa Lewis, Kenna and Grady. All enjoyed supper, sledding, cookie decorating and packages.

Granddaughter Sandra Larson brought holiday greetings to Margie Anderson one afternoon.

Marjean Pfau stopped briefly at the Charlotte Koeplin home Friday with greetings of the season.

Eloise Lucht was in Minot Tuesday taking care of business at the Eye Clinic.

Tuesday visitors at the Charlotte Koepplin home were grandnephew Kread Koepplin from Mandan, grandniece Kalli Koepplin from Oregon, Veronica Davis and Janelle Koepplin and Finley.

Charlotte Koepplin was pleasantly surprised Tuesday evening when a knock on her door was the Brent and Jenna Helseth family and friends out caroling, leaving a Christmas cookie treat.

Margie Anderson, Gary and Kathy Anderson, Kent and Shelly Rigsby, Peter and Patti Larson, Sandra and Joanna, Ryan and Laura Hager and family and Kerry and and Sarah Anderson were Christmas dinner guests at the David and Karen Anderson home.

Christmas Eve guests at the Ken and Marvis Holte home were Cody and Amanda Bickett and Izzy. Amanda made a yummy supper.

Daughter Heidi Schneider picked up mom, Eloise Lucht, Christmas Eve day and took her to the Schneider home in Devils Lake. All enjoyed the evening to wake up Christmas morning to smell prime rib cooking for dinner. Thursday Jay, Heidi, Caleb and Callie brought Eloise home and they went on to Napoleon, where they celebrated Christmas with other Schneider family. From there all drove on to Minneapolis and took in the Vikings and Packers football game.

Roger and Linda Lauckner and granddaughter were visitors at the Margie Anderson home.

Charlotte Koepplin and Janelle Koepplin were among those who enjoyed visiting, a mountain of food, gifts and fun mail game Christmas Eve at the Frederick and Dianne Allmaras home.

Christmas Day Tim Hartl picked up Shirley Packard and Calvin. They drove to Sheyenne where they were among the many to enjoy dinner at Ostby Hall.

Christmas dinner guest at the Ken and Marvis Holte home was son Jerrod Holte. The Holtes got Christmas greetings from son Loren Holte of Bismarck, son James Birkholz of Minot, daughter Fayette Nelson of Davis Lake and sister Ardy Yates of Arkansas.

Brisket dinner guests Christmas Day at the Todd and Karen Koepplin farm were Taylor and Amanda Koepplin, Evelyn, Tessa and Evan, Allyssa Lewis, Kenna and Grady, Aaron Koepplin, Kerigan, Carter and Hendrix, Janelle Koepplin and Charlotte Koepplin. All enjoyed a gift exchange and fun Saran wrap game.

Shirley Packard and Calvin were pleasantly surprised Christmas Eve when Kevin Johnson brought them homemade oyster stew.

Charlotte Koepplin got holiday greeting calls from cousin Blaine Pahl, Eugene Weisenberger from sunny, warm Arizona and Janet Laube from her hospital bed in Fargo where she spent the holidays. She is doing well and should be home soon.

Calvin Packard brought a breakfast of French toast and sausage to mom, Shirley, Sunday.

Candy Jensen enjoyed a Christmas call from son Derik and Val Holte of Minneapolis.
